I had a really disappointing experience during my stay. The hotel was incredibly noisy with loud club music that kept me awake until the early hours. While the location is a plus, the overall service was lacking, and I faced issues with cleanliness and dining options. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay, especially for families or business travelers.

I had a superb stay at the hotel, with exceptional service from the floor manager, Mr. Atanu, who was really helpful and informative. The rooms were cozy and clean, making for a comfortable experience. Although there were some issues reported by others regarding the staff attitude during a social function, my overall experience was very positive. The hotel has great amenities including a pool and spa, and I would definitely return in the future.
